Hey, I understand where you're coming from. I just don't think it's fair to compare a SC kit for a K series engine to an SC kit for a B series engine. The B series has been around a lot longer so there has been more time for many companies to do R&D on it. Hopefully as time goes by the same type of things will happen for the K series engines. It's just too early to tell for it, and the drive by wire technology has really messed this up from a tuner's perspective.

As of right now though, this is the only kit that will give the TSX 50 more whp. Don't get me more wrong, I wish it could make more power too, but we just don't have engine management, so we can't run higher boost pulleys safely. If we could run with a high boost pulley and high flow injectors, and have the proper engine management to control it, I'm sure we could get 100 whp.

And, on the K series RSX engines, the JRSC and Comptech SC base kits have shown to make the same amount of power. So for the K Series anyway, JR doesn't have the advantage right now, it's pretty much neck and neck. I hope JRSC comes out with a TSX kit too, they have an aftercooler for the RSX SC kit being released, and Comptech doesn't. And hopefully the prices of these kits will drop soon too. Since they are brand new, they are priced higher since the companies have to try to get back some of their R&D costs. As time goes by, and the market grows, the prices should drop though. As with most products that you are an early adopter of, unfortunately you usually have to pay a premium for it.
