I think quite a lot of people have the eBay m3 spoiler lip. For what it is, eBay does the job. The only concern is really the paint coming off and I haven't heard issues about that. At worse, you can just repaint it. Not like it has performance qualities that you have to worry about.

I got the carbon fiber one off of ebay, it's pretty nice. The install was a breeze and if you need help, check out the college hills honda civic spoiler install.
I made a thread about who I bought it from, be sure to search for it.

I am pretty sure I found the spoiler you guys are talking about. For some reason 08's seem to be the bastard child when it comes to that product. It only states 04-07. I guess I am out unless it works with my year as well. Also I am not sure if I would trust putting that thing on my car. Its bound to come of sooner or later.

I am still not sold on the 3m sticky tape. If it was a civic I would be all about it. But an acura? Just feels like it should be a bolt on or something??

Even the true M3 is using 3M tape. Why you want to drill hole and give chance of rust on your trunk?

Do you know how strong automotive/industrial grade 3M tape is? There's a reason it's the standard as far as simple cosmetic applications (e.g. rocker panels) or for reinforcement (e.g. lip kits). I can understand why one would be hesitant about using it... but trust me... you have nothing to worry about. Besides, it's not like you need a heck of a lot of force to keep the lightweight trunk lip in place.
As for your comment "But an Acura"? I find it funny that you separate the brand from Honda since the TSX specifically is known as a Honda throughout the rest of the world Stop with that snobbery lol.

I got mine from Xenonspecialist on ebay. I have PWP which is supposed to be hard to match. I must say pretty spot on in color and yes the 3M tape is STRONG I definately recommend the ebay spoiler

The last thing I had with 3m tape was my ventshades for my truck. They fell off about 4 times. So yes I am well aware of how great 3m tape is. Holding on a ventshade is one thing, holding on a spoiler is another.

Don't forget to prep the surface with rubbing alcohol and that the temperature is fairly warm. If you don't take these precautions and install you won't ever have good contact.
