lightweight rims and tires are a must.
lightweight flywheel.
lightweight pullies.
dry carbon intake manifold, spark cover, etc.
remove the rear seat.
lightweight carbon fiber battery.
there's plenty more, depends on how much you
want to do really.

Full Titanium exhaust.. Single or double...
Replaced driver and passenger seats..
remove rear seats,spare tire,all excess tar,rims,CF hood/trunk,door panels..
Just really depends how much weight you really want to loose and why you want to actually reduce weight on the car...
If you're REALLY JUST GOING TO BE DAILY DRIVING THE CAR.. i WOULDN'T DO MORE THAN JUST WHEELS AND MAYBE SOME SEATS AND THE CF HOOD AND/OR TRUNK..

Swap out header, intake, pulleys, rims(lightweight) and enjoy double gains. Compare the stock ex. manifold and cat next to a CT header and test pipe and see how much weight you just saved. Same deal on the CAI/SRI compared to stock intake. Lightweight flywheel after everything else.

I wouldn't remove the spare tire if you plan to put anything in your trunk. The cover is nothing more than a flimsy piece of cardboard, and it'll flex like crazy without the support of the spare underneath it.
I removed mine for a few days before putting it back. I put a few grocery bags back there, and the cover just sagged - not worth the loss in utility IMO.
CF hood/trunk are good ideas from a performance perspective because they reduce weight as well as lower the car's center of gravity making it more stable under high speeds and cornering.
I had considered removing some sound dampening materials from the fenders, hood, etc, but given how loud our TSXs are on the road as is, I don't think there's too much to begin with .

My TSX is daily driven, so here's the route I plan to take (in time):
- lightweight wheels (done, 18.5lb 18x8's)
- lightweight Braille cf battery, relocated to trunk.
- cf hood.
- MAYBE a set of race seats, way down the line.
I've taken out the rear seat bench before. It weighs, at most, 20lbs, and that's probably way overshooting it. Not worth removing unless you're driving a dedicated track car. Same as the spare tire + tool set, as DAYTA said. Silly loss of utility in a daily driven car. The single biggest difference you will notice comes from lightweight wheels. Unsprung mass is a force to be reckoned with.
