Even if people were to pay, I know I wouldn't scan it. Reason being, the manual is thicker than my local yellow pages phonebook, with the same type of thin paper:

If someone sends me a manual, I'll scan it... but I am going to remove the spine and send it through an auto document feeder. Anyone want to donate a FSM for the cause? I am sure everyone will chip in to help repay if needed.

Better yet, save it as a .PDF and then just burn a CD for $15 each. No need to kill a bazillion trees.

That's what I meant to imply... I can just send it through the ADF as a 2 sided doc and then save to PDF...
