Driver's side A/c not as cold

I have noticed that the a/c being blow on the drivers side is not nearly as cold as the air being blow on the passengers side. I've resorted to using the passenger vents to provide me with cold air = /. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Have you tried setting the driver's side to a lower temperature?

I took the car in and they said it might be the cabin filter. And to the other reply, I set both temp to low and the passengers side is noticably colder compared to the drivers side.

not sure why it would be cabin air filter related . isnt it located behind glove box which is on the passenger side so i would think it would be the other way around?

Let's think about this - since you can set a different temperature on the other side, there must be two hot/cold air diverter valves in the system. There have to be two cabin temperature sensors too, plus an electronic controller to make it all work. Something is malfunctioning and it darn sure isn't the cabin air filter. Find another 'service advisor' or another dealer with competent help. Good luck ...

And sorry, I do not have an FSM, I'm just guessing.

This makes no sense at all. Compressors either work or they don't, so I'm betting they just charged the system and claimed they replaced the compressor. What does the work order say, and does the compressor look like a new or remanufactured one?
