Yea, if everything is plugged in and set up then you should be fine. It is a simply plug and play which requires no splicing so just plug in the adapter to the car and test it, if it turns on then you're all set.

Can someone explain why the connector has to be flipped around? And would i need to disconnect the battery too?

Tbh I didn't disconnect the battery to install mine but it's recommended just for precaution, to avoid anything bad like blowing something out.

The reason the wires are flipped around is that our wiring system in our cars are reverse for some reason. I think something about the whole JDM idea is what I was told. It still works perfectly fine without any issues but that is why I was told it had to be flipped. Some people also decide to splice and solder the wires together so it can still connect liek normal, your choice. I was just too lazy to do that haha.

hey I was wondering did your H11 bulb have plugs other than the red and blue indicated in your pictures? the bulb that I have contains two more plugs and when I look at the users manual it looks like they are for the Hi/Low Controller - i don't really need this as I am using it for fogs.

I didn't have any extra wires from what I remember. Do you have any pics of it? I can see but all the wires connected on mine. Connected to the bulbs and then to the car.

I attach the pics of the H11 bulb set up - I circled the two extra wires - I can't figure out where they go....

Well one connection on the kit itself goes from the car into the ballast which then goes to the light. Can you take another pic of the ballast, the red and blue wires and then this all together and I should be able to tell you. Can you undo the wires because I'm not sure if my kit came with that or not?

I'd check it for you on my car but it's been pouring and I don't have a garage to see.

Just did them today, but honestly don't remember, but they came with instructions on how to wire it. I think it was connector 2/3 go into each other reversed, and connector 1 hooks into the fog light harness. All I remember is that the notch on connector 1 perfectly matched a groove on another connector, and I believe it is the one from the fog light harness

I think you are right...I see how it goes..I couldn't really tell from the instructions - the diagrams were different

By the way molder - did you have to extend the wires according to the Fog light installation guide?

Another question - what did u do with the weather seal did you pull it all the way up to the base of the light bulb?

Well I did a clean fog light install and added these to them. The only wires I had to extend were the grounding wire on the fog light harness and the green wire through the firewall. If you are just using these, then you do not need to extend anything. As far as the weather seal, I just pulled them up a little bit and called it a day. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Yup, that's exactly right. You will need to flip the 2-3 connection. It should fit in just fine. You can add some electrical tape around to be safe if you want but it shouldn't be an issue. Connector 1 is for the car, obvy lol.

I connected these straight into my OEM foglights for the car and had more than enough slack so you do not need to extend them.

lol, I am telling you those diagrams were difficult to understand haha.

Yeah unfortunately I don't have my fogs installed yet - I got some ebay fogs so it might be a bit different from the oem version.
