Radio display/heat control unit: Canada VS USA mkt

I am in the middle of wood to silver trim conversaion and was just about to pick up the silver display/heat control units from a fellow member here...however, he raised a very good question: whether the temp display would work since US mkt uses "F" and we use "C".

I know the temp display does not indicate "F" or "C" by letter but I was wondering if it would even work...OR it would work but simply disply the tem in "F".

Does anyone have access to actual part numbers to see if there is Can or USA specific display/heat control unit?
