HKS SPF intake

i think i will be getting one of these soon and can some one give me some input about the pros and cons of this intake
also will the filtration be better than the stock filter??

I don't know others...I like it when my car is quiet.
The HKS intake system does make some noises when my foot is a bit heavy on the pedal..and it does seem to do the job for mid range, but definitely not as long as other cold air intake.
