I need help, guys.

hey guys. few minutes ago, i did something stupid on my car.
as you can see the picture, there is a little gap in the circle i draw.
anyway, i always keep my coins in the "not an ashtray" thing, and i was looking for dimes to pay for something. unfortunately, one of dimes slid into that gap. I know this sounds stupid, but it happened to me. anyway, i kinda worry because i think its near transmission box. How can i get coin out from that hole? shoud i go to acura and ask them to get it out?

The automatic transmission lever is nothing but a switch that tells the powertrain control module what gear to put the transmission in. There's no direct connection between the lever and the gears. Even on a manual car, the dime will never fall into the transmission, because the car is FWD. The transmission is way up front under the left end of the engine, separated from the cabin by the firewall.

Your dime will likely fall to the carpet under the console and remain there for the rest of the car's life.
