what exhaust system would you recommend
hi kinda new as this, but last week my friend rear ended my car, and bended my whole exhaust system. so now i am thinking about replacing it with an aftermarket one. so what am i asking is which exhaust system give you the most power gain(i dont really care about sound) and by the way i have a 5AT if that makes any differents.

I'm not sure that any cat back will give you gains. Try a search, but everything I've seen shows that the header and cat are the most restrictive parts of the car. You'd be better to get an aftermarket stainless steel though b/c they are only $200-300 more than replacing the stock one.

I agree; I've seen no dyno results that show any significant gain from any of the aftermarket choices for the TSX.
Since you have to replace it anyway, you need to ask yourself if you want more sound. The Comptech exhaust, for example, looks really sweet, but adds more sound then some people have been looking for......
I'm kinda looking for that though, some I'm leaning Comptech.....

:agree: + 1. Unless you are considering getting additional mods later on, you will see very little of a performance gain. The exhaust is more for people who want sound.

Don't get confused with a twin muffler output setup and a single muffler output setup. One has little to no power gains while the other is entirely designed for power extraction.

Yes, all Single N1 catback exhaust systems will modestly net you approximately 8 ~ 10 bhp along with fairly extensive weight reduction. Listing from best and most expensive downwards.
- Amuse R1 Titan (Single Not Dual) | Full titanium catback, singe muffler output.
- J's Racing N1 | Full titanium catback, single muffler output.
- Feel's Honda Twin Cam N1 | Full stainless catback, single muffler output.
- 5Zigen N1 | Stainless catback with titanium muffler tip, single muffler output.
