Question Low End Torque?

I am looking for more torque through the entire powerband. I used to drive a Dodge Neon R/T and one of the mods I made was to add a lightweight pulley. It seemed to get to the car up to speed much quicker. I would blow through first and second gear really quickly. I was wondering if putting the Unorthodox pulleys on a AT TSX would make a difference? Of all the mods discussed on this forum, it doesn't seem like anyone has done this to a TSX. Why is that?

By the way I am about to order the COMPTECH SUPERCHARGER. I guess that would add some torque haha. But I guess the lulley would only help that much more, right?

The pulley on the TSX has a harmonic dampener. Putting after market pulleys can damage the engine. Just use the Comptech SC, I'm sure you'll be satisfied with the torque once the SC is pumping (3000rpm).

There is no harmonic dampener on the TSX crankshaft pulley. AFAIK, there isn't one on most/all recent Honda engines.

Id say, Supercharger, Intake, headers you should feel a-whole-lot more low-end torque

I was seriously considering to get the pulleys but I dropped my plan due to alot of negative feedback about pulleys from TSXer. I believe the pulleys will let you accelerate faster, I spent that money on RSB and Engine strut bar instead.

Ahhh, I must have mistaken that tiny piece of rubber as a harmonic dampener... from the repair diagrams, it doesn't say it is a dampener. My bad.
