CAI on 06 tsx - worth it?

The 06 tsx has a different intake than the other years, doesn't it? I think it already has the intake in the wheel well. If that's the case then does the switch to an aftermarket intake make any sense at all other than looks?

Also if you shop for intakes they don't specify any model years so does the same intake fit all years even though (I think) the throttle body opening is bigger on the 06?

uhm.. intake should be the same for all years. the intake you're talking about in the wheel well is the intake resonator.. just about all honda/acuras have them. you have to remove that when you install a cai.

yes switching to an aftermarket intake makes sense if you're looking for more power.

CAI definetly gives you power gains... but i have realized that people advertize the CAI only for 04-05.. I also need to know if they are the same.
