what did you type in the search feature? i typed in 'injen' and found lots of info

a lot of people either use injen or k&n..both are pretty much the same thing..

there are other brands like mugen, hks, fujita, aem etc

I believe I typed in RD intake..as opposed to injen..I wasn't sure if there were different Injen intakes or if in fact they were one in the same...

Injen RD Intakes are the older versions. The SP version are the newer ones, I just installed mines few weeks ago and love it. The sound is great.

Did you install an Injen "RD" series intake or the newer model. Does anyone happen to know the differences in the two designs??? HP/TQ differences...midrange/upper rpm increases??? Also how does the new Fujita Intake compare two these two designs?? Thank you for your time.

The SP version costs more and was tuned by Injen to have a more ideal a/f ratio. I think the on the SP the diameter of piping varies a little bit on the intake, instead of the regular straight pipe. Until we see a dyno, I don't think we'll know the true differences.
