Without anything else such as header/intake/exhaust/pulleys and all little other stuff, I doubt it makes any big change. The main benefit of having the Reflash, is to push your car to its limit (not really, but better than stock). If you look @ the dyno, you gotta realize that the "peak" HP/TQ does not improve alot (or any). However, the mid range has a huge improvement. By having the reflash it will lower your Vtec to 5000rpm (4750rpm for 06) and extend it all da way to 7600rpm. Therefore, your shift will always stay in Vtec either in AT or MT.
My guess is, less than 0.5sec for 1/4mile compare w/ stock.
