tanabe mt
i just installed the tanabe mt and now and it is hanging lower on the left side and it seems like it is pointing down, does anyone no how to fix that problem, any help would be nice.

Hmm...maybe use a different brand of hangers. Do they maye a urethane hanger? rubber ones tend to 'stretch'.

Worse come sot worse is to bend the actual hanger.

I remember reading some posts on the "other forum" awhile ago that a couple of guys had ran into the same problem with their Tanabe MT's. It was a simple fix, I THINK they just had the exhaust shop "bend the actual hanger" like narci mentioned but Im not positive.

do you guys think that it has anything to do with fact of the way i installed. when i installed i only lifted the car on the right side. now the exhuast hangs lower on the left

how you installed it dose not matter, most exhausts on the TSX will hang a little lower on one side. I have the Tanabe SHM and I just had my mechanic bend the hanger a little and the problem was solved.

my SP2 hangs a bit lower on the driver's side, and bending hangers or replacing mounts does not help a bit. I think I need to turn it a bit on the connection with cat. I have RT cat and that flange moves around, so if I loosen it up and then even up the rear, then tighten it, hopefully that'll fix it.

I have an MT which hangs ever so slightly lower on the passenger side. It's not enough to really bother me so I've left it alone. :shrug:
