JDM Euro R Cat

Does anyone know where to get the JDM Euro R Cat? Also, are there any modifications necessary in order to fit it onto the TSX? I'm planning to get a JDM header as well, but was wondering if the jdm cat works with the stock tsx exhaust system? TIA~

Cause it's not legal?
Cops is our area (Toronto) are such a bitch, they just pull over cars to inspect for no reason, even they just have OEM lipkit and aftermarket rims. So it's not that hard for them to find out you have straight pipe.

I'd imagine it depends on year of Euro-R - the later ones like the TSX, using a 400 cell.
