cai,pullies,or electric goodies
so i dunno what to buy first. i have limited funds (less than 350 not including shipping). im lookin at the fujita/injen intake, nst pullies, or ignition booster+ voltage stabalizer+rad cap+fan switch. please advise with votes and if you can provide dynos that would be amazing. also if its comes down to a cai or the electric goodies. forget hp gains. which will increase my times more...

CAI +1, the rest is stuff you would purchace once you have most of your performance basics installed. (CAI/Headers/Exhaust)

aright, since your looking to lower E.T's, you should automatically forget about voltage stabilizers and all that crap...your factory coil pack ignition system is as good as its gonna get for now. Most people will say CAI, which is partially true. A CAI will definitely give you some hp right? Well, thats almost right. The problem starts to lie with our self learning ECU systems. Eventually your long term fuel trims will richen up basically washing out any gains made with the CAI over time, and it becomes more of a sound additive than anything else. You can reset your EFI system by either pulling the fuse or disconnecting your negative battery cable for about 15 mins. This will clear out all the long term fuel trims and will get you your gains back. With an underdrive pulley setup, it will not effect your A/F ratios like a CAI will over time, resulting in a steady gain throughout the powerband...if it was up to me I would do an underdrive pulley setup first if your main goal is to pull faster ET's.

^^^ i agree, and the gains from CAI are negligible if anything. You can expect up to but typically not over 5 hp. Well you can't tell that on the butt dyno. However; pulley's will allow you to climb up the tach faster and hit the powerband sooner resulting in a feeling of more power.

There would have to be a long weekend(read-holiday) for me to make it H-town from here in Austin. Let me know if there is a large Texas GTG and I would make it for that. Sorry for the hijack; back on topic: pulleys for power, intake for sound and minimal power, elec. goodies to look sophisticated.

agree with that. i would say deff notice most power gains with pulleys over an intake...but i could be wrong but i took my intake out cause i lost low end torque and only gained top end where pulleys seem like they provide improvement all the way threw the rpm band
