Exhaust worth it for AT?
I'm just curious to see if a catback exhaust system for an AT will help me achieve the deep growl I want. I know without flooring it, it usually shifts around 3-4k and I just want an input from all the AT owners with a catback exhaust system like.. EVO2, Skunk2, or the Dc Sports if I'll be able to hear anything around those rpms.
Also, how would you rate the noise level(dB I think?) of those 3 exhausts?

In terms of performance it won't help @ all, @ max there will only be 1-2 HP/TQ differences. It does makes some growl @ low rpm range, however, it sounds way nicer when you put it in shiftmode, the sound @ D is dul.

if you want it for the sound then yes it is worth it. esp in SS mode, like chuson said.
as far as performance goes, i felt a slight diff in torque. not anything significant though.
i have the DC Sports and it's loud. i love it though.
All of the exhausts you listed are prob the loudest of all the exhausts out there.

Full Mugen (Exhaust manifold to end muffler) ... There will be an improved low end torque delivery and no rubbish sound output.

I have the Greddy EVO on AT w/ the Random CaT. Gives me the low growl I want, and I still put it in D. I recently started using SS mode because I want to shift earlier to save gas. I never rev over 2k rpm and I can hear the nice growl clearly. But it is not loud AT ALL. Might be thinkin of another exhaust...

Low grow i say greddy evo 2 takes the win I want one , but i'm happy with my incar droneless sound. (fujitsubo)
comptechs sounds great not enough people have it hear,
sp2 sounds similar to tanabes mt like its not with greddy evo2 or dc sports
dc sports is way to loud for me but it does sound nice here and there.

What about the vibrant exhaust? I heard a clip on youtube, and it sounds like a real nice growl.

Its not necessarily rice, it has a good engine to it, so the note is there just no resonator to really muffle it heh.
