Worth the money, yes. Not exactly "easy" simply due to the fact that you have to remove the entire center cosole. I followed the Neuspeed instructions (for my Comptech SS), downloaded from their website.

Helm is a company that sells the detailed factory manuals. In fact, these manuals are the ones that your dealer uses.

i just installed my comptech ss last night. it is a pain to take out all the interior trim around the shifter , and i broke every clip that holds the wires to the shifter, i suck at removing those. but it is a fun mod, it makes shifting more fun. i really like it

Installed the short shifter last night, and it was the most irritating mod I have ever done. It was worth it though, it feels a lot tighter and shifts are so much closer.
Great mod and worth the money.
Thanks

It is a very irritating mod. When I 1st put it on i was like wow i can't believe how short it is. Now it feels like it did before haha.
Nice job though. I may have a cusco front strut bar FS. I know I saw where you were looking for one in the market place.
Ben
EDIT: lol nevermind i just saw your mod list.

Yeah, I was shocked at how close the shifts were. Feels like I know how to shift better lol.
