Question Mugen Short Shifter Question

I just received my Mugen short shifter for my 04 tsx. When I opened the box the instruction manual states the shifter is for a Accord euro r. I tried moving the shifter through the gears( out of the box, not installed on my car) however I dont see how it would go into reverse as in our cars reverse is all the way over to the right and down. Is the Accord Euro r a 5 speed? I just want to make sure this fits my car before I take everything apart. Thanks

Yeah I read that clip was a real pain to get off. I read some people say to use pliers and pull it off and some people said to use a pry bar to get it off. I hope I get it off when try I install it this weekend.
