i saw the fidanza aluminum flywheel on ultrarev.com, will that fit an 07 A/T. What advantages would that give me if i replaced my OEM flywheel?

Do you mean M/T? You can't upgrade an automatic flywheel because it doesn't exist. Torque converter yes, but no one makes it for import 4 bangers. Lighter flywheel=lighter rotation of the crank=more power=you being a happy customer.
