Exedy Stage 1 Clutch...
I wanting to buy a Exedy stage 1 clutch, and want to know if I have to get a new flywheel; or can I use the stock one.

Any time you change the clutch you don't NEED to change the flywheel. But, if I was you, I'd do it. Better acceleration  Fidanza would be a good choice.

i bought my exedy stage 1 clutch from ebay for $250 new with a new flywheel and clutch alignment tool

I had heard that if you change to an aftermarket clutch for the TSX like the Exedy, you'd have to change the flywheel because they will not mate up. The Exedy kit that comes with a new flywheel like the member above stated is the way to go
