200+ whp

So I think its kind of a modest goal to get my 04 to 200 WHP and was wondering for the people who have 200 WHP what are your mod's.

It's going to take more then I/H/E Reflash. Maybe that with addition of a high-flow cat, pullies, throttle body spacer and thermal gaskets. I still don't know if that will push 200 WHP.

Take a look at the 2008 Toronto Dyno meet topic, there was dyno graphs for everyone and what mods they had to reach that certain whp.

Only the 06-08 mts will hit 200hp with some mods with the new sae dyno.

04-05s are still 15-20 hp less than the 06-08

Yeah but it seams that the 04-05 autos lost more HP than the 06+ autos. Mines a 6 speed. Plus I live in Colorado and the mile high altitude doesn't help with N/A.

bluecarbonfiber is neutral and has a clean balanced record.

i have an 05at with i/h/e also hondatafied and gasket, on the 19s i ran 179hp and 141 tq.. havent done a new dyno since my cat delete but i wouldnt think it would be much more then that.. the reason why 06+ get more HP is better flow and diff cams plus a few other things.. hate to break it to ya but 04 AT is gonna be hard to break 200whp unless you do alooooooooot of shoppin and install all your parts yourself and by then you might as well just get a supercharger

I think I will hit 200+whp today with the cold temperature, my car feels so different when I drove it, so quiet and responsive that I thought someone has messed my car or stole my exhaust I even walk out of my car to check it.....
