USA Sleeves? Forced induction and tuning?

I searched and got nothing and was wondering what kind of sleeves the K24 block has?

Also, knowing that a lot of people slap a K20 head on, do they both use the same intake manifolds? What modifications would be required to fit a supercharger to a K20/K24 hybrid?

I'm a complete newbie to the concept of "reflashing" so if one were to make the said hybrid and possibly slap the blower on, could it still be reflashed or would I need an OBD1 conversion, then what ECU would I need to run?

I dono about sleves, but K24A2 has a decent engine head already. RSX-S has a slightly better breathing head tho. You would really need to upgrade the head if u had Element's or CR-V's or Accord's K24. Superchargers may have some fitment issues, but engine management is what this is all about. If u are planning to keep it in the TSX, and u want all gauges and stuff working, get K-pro for TSX.

The K series have cast iron sleeves and they are OBDII. And look up K20a.org. It has all the answers you'll need.

That's good to hear above the sleeves. I was afraid someone would say they were FRM.

Thanks for the link brother.

04-05, 06-08, and 09 all have different heads... K20a2 have a different head than the k20z3 (06+ SI). The water ports on the sides are different. but the bolt patters remain the same
