possible engine problem, help before I ruin something.
Hey whats up guys, so I just changed the valve cover on my car because I'm sending my stock one out to get painted. Here the problem, I broke on of the bolts that holds the spark plugs down and one of the bolts that holds the actual valve cover down. What I need to know is, first, how can I fix this, and second, is it safe for me to drive like this. I have a 40 mile round trip to school tomorrow so I sure hope I can. Also, the broken spark plug bolt is stuck, I cant get it out. Should I take it to honda or a mechanic and see what they can do or what? Need your help again guys.
thanks.

You'll be alright dude. I've done this on several of my previous hondas. The stud bolts cost around $9-$15. I always buy a couple of extra. Get yourself a torque wrench so you can torque those to spec and not snap any in the future.

You should also be able to get that broken off bolt out when you remove the valve cover again.

Sorry, I don't know the PN. I don't think you will find it at any parts store. You'll definately need to go to the dealership. I always ordered mine online.

yeah prob about right they small and dont require much, u can do it without a torqe wrench just be sure that once u feel them snug and tight not to go anymore..

any suggestions before I just buy that thing MM suggested?
