Generally how much do they cost and were they hard to install? Would it be better to goto a professional?

After a few failed install attempts, and a few broken sockets. I had my friend a Honda tech install them.

reflash before i die plz

i have these for my AT. definitely helps the car rev faster/harder, but don't necessarily equate that to greater HP.
i paid to have someone install these just b/c didn't have a garage or the necessary tools (or friends!). FYI, they had to up the psi on their impact gun to like 180 or so to finally get the really difficult bolt off (forgot which one it is). otherwise, you need the crank pulley tool or a really strong socket wrench, breaker bar, and all your weight to bust that bolt off.

Man that bolt that holds the crank pulley on is a booger! I didn't have the Honda crank pulley tool and had to make one of my own. Needless to say, it took the homemade tool, a four foot breaker bar and two buddies to finally break that thing loose.

^ yep, UR recommends using stock layout pulleys for systems above 600 watts (they make stock layout AND underdrive sets)
I had my set for a couple of months and they are great. Good TQ difference, gain throughout the range, slightly better MPG. Dont forget to change the beslt tho. U need a shorter one.
