For more low end torque I would suggest a pulley set and the reflash. I always thought the torque was pretty good stock. Are you new to driving Hondas?

reflash before i die plz

i think the cumulative effect of bolt-on's will help, like a header, high-flow cat, pulleys, maybe a TB spacer, and the CT-E icebox.
if you want a more-immediate effect with torque, then the reflash or supercharger if you're an 04-06.

wait hes an 08, sry but reflash for your year isnt available... id go intake, header, high flow cat, pulleys, and exhaust if you wanna change the sound. Thats about all you can do

I switched to a Comptech Icebox from a Injen CAI and felt the low/mid end torque right away.

comptech uses the OEM intake pipe right? do they make a metal one, i rather i have a metal pipe than the OEM because of the restriction it has on the intake. and would using a K&N filter be better?

The Icebox does not use the stock intake, it comes with a fat J shaped intake pipe that bolts in underneath the right front wheel well.
I got one, but it's the only exhaust I ever bought. I thought it added nicely, and sounds a little 'growly' to boot. Among the other bolt ons listed, it's probably the easiest install, as well.

1-UR Pulleys. They are the symbol of low end TQ gain.
2-Header (also a very nice HP increase at the top)
3-CT icebox
4-cat (IF yours is 04-05)
I got all of these and trust me, the TQ gain is VEEEERY noticeable from 3k to 5k rpms.

+1
These actually increase most of the power band.
Reflash for 05AT is not great for low end anything (according to all the dynos I've seen).
You don't see much power until the 4k+ ranges (mid range to high).

I would not suggest an exhaust for low end torque gains. If anything, besides the single outlet exhausts, most aftermarket exhaust lose in the low end range but gain in the higher end. Same goes for most Intakes. If you want to gain in the low end, get a CT icebox or atleast jus removed ur intake resonators

what's spending a lot? b/c simply getting 1 mod for your car isn't going to significantly change much unless it's hondata or forced induction. again, the sum of the parts will yield the greatest results. just getting the icebox is part of the equation imo.
