Wilwood BBK Installation
i am trying this for the first time, i never did this before so sorry ahead of time.
stock caliper and rotor
1) remove the stock caliper, i took the caliper of in two pieces, first remove the piston. Remove two bolts both of which are shown in the picture

then then i took of the bracket. Remove two bolts both of which are shown in the picture

this is what it should look like when you are done.

5) assemble the 2 piece rotor, use a safety wire so none of the bolts work themselves loose.

this was a pain the butt

6)With the bolts provided install the willwood bracket to the hub. The flat surface facing out.

7)Place and screw in the assembled rotor

8)Bolt on the caliper using two provided bolts

9) slide in the new pads, doing that at this stage makes it easier to put in the caliper.

10)using some sort of thread sealer install the provided elbow fitting

11)Install the new braided brake line, i wasn't happy with the quality of the brake line but it will have to do for now
12)bolt on the bracket that holds the line using the factory bolt
i had the spacer installed in that pic, maybe later, i will right a diy for that too
13)sit back and marvel of what you are capable of.

Congrats! I might be getting a BBK sometime in the future since stick TSX brakes arent that great. If u think they are good, drive some of the newer Lexus GS or ES models. My friend used to drive 04 Lexus ES300 and his brakes were a loooot stronger.

Very nice pics with the write up. How big of a difference do those wilwoods give ya?? I bet you can tell night and day, stock brakes suck on our cars... Like said above, shouldn't this be in suspension?? =] Good job. More pics from sides of the wheels too!
