Did you upgrade the fuel pump?

I did not -- that's not part of the CT-E kit. However, I don't think anyone running their kit has upgraded the fuel pump. The OEM seems to be sufficient for a 5psi application...

This could be the case. I dyno'd my car after I had pulleys and RT cat installed and got 7WHP less than before...... I suspect something is wrong with the machine or something.I will try another place just to be sure.

When I next dyno, it will be at a different place for sure (however, the results are then skewed because it won't be on a Dynojet like last night).

And a loss of 7whp is a different animal than me being short 40whp or so... but good luck with your RT cat.

^ I understand the difference between 7 and 40, but the point stays the same. I need to find another dyno place around here. We only have a few around this town

knock sensors rarely go bad, but if the knock sensor was set off, it'll definitely pull your timing to try to save the engine. bad gas, spark or running too lean could all be causes of it. also depending on the dyno, numbers can be significantly. Mustang dynos are known for outputting low numbers compared to dynojets. Also, how many mins you allowed for cool down between runs? Could be heatsoak, since your power kept on dropping as you had more and more runs.

I was on a Dynojet.

We were giving 5-10 mins or so between runs, but even then, my very first run (when the car had sat for 30+ minutes since arrival) I only pulled 200/176ish at the wheels.

While I don't have a printout of it, they monitored a/f and said I didn't look lean at all.

Sparkplugs are brand new with the kit and have less than 100 miles on them... if I looked at them, what would I be looking for to see if there was a problem?

ok so your car was sitting for 5-10 min intervals, did you check the temp gauge?
I remember when i did my dyno, i forgot to let the car warm up, and you all know that the car does not in VTEC right from a cold start.
But i did watch your video and i did hear you hit VTEC on that run, but honestly that doesnt make sense interms of the power you are putting down.
check the pressure in each Cylinder make sure there are no leaks, check all spark plugs make sure they all spark... the clutch is slipping so i think that might be it. you need a new clutch to hold and transfer all that power to the wheels

Are you sure you're talking about the right person? I haven't posted any vids, and my clutch isn't slipping. Maybe you're thinking of w00ted's turbo TSX?

Obstruction in the cat maybe ?

could account for your progressive loss of power.

JTso on the other board suggested that too. While my car's up on the lift at Excelerate tomorrow we'll check that out...

The guys at the dyno shop were helpful as much as they were able to be - without KPro (I'm running the reflash), there wasn't a ton they could do. The most helpful thing they did was monitor the car's timing with a scantool, which is where we picked up that timing was retarding.

Now, to figure out why it's retarding...
