Which exhaust system should I get?
Buddy Club PRO Spec, Tanabe, greddySP2/EVO2, or skunk2?
Does anyone know a good vendor to buy a exhaust?

Search first! There have been many similar threads like this in the past.
Here are a few things you need to ask yourself:
1. How much $ do I want to spend?
2. What am I looking for in an exhaust? (i.e. performance, appearance, etc)
3. Single or dual outlet
4. How loud do you want it to be?
5. Will you only be needing an exhaust? Will you be getting a CAT and a header in the future?
As for a good vendor, I got my A'PEXi ws2 from marcus @ heeltoeauto.com. its relatively quiet and cheap compared to other brands. it goes well with a rear a-spec lip kit.
Good luck, but expect to get flamed for not using search first

Another vote for Apexi WS2. I have heard the Buddy Club and the Skunk2 are loud as hell if that's what you want. I would also recommend Heeltoeauto for a vendor as well

i have the buddy club pro spec i got it as a prototype they still have a few kinks too work out, like the one side of the exhaust tip comes out a couple cm's past the other one its not noticable until you jack the car up all they have to do is cut and bring it in a few cm's and reweld it, but i love it if you like a loud car then this is the exhaust to get. skunk 2 is also good its the same route as the buddy club its just a little cheaper i had it on my 98 integra gsr and it sounded nice not like all those other ricey sounding exhausts

+1. Another note, if you have a RSB and it's Comptech I believe it is only compatible with the Comptech exhaust. Progress RSB works with different exhausts. There is a thread with soundclips if you want an idea of what some sound like.

If u want power, avoid changing the cat-back and get the header instead.

I may get rid of my ws2 if you're interested, but that would depend on your location and stuff. I'm thinking about even possibly offering up my ws2 for trade for a spare OEM exhaust plus cash so i can try to make a custom exhaust. We will see.

HONDATA FTW!
|
I seem to be the only one on here who's heard anything positive about Skunk2. We can all debate sound, and that comes down to preference anyway. I like the SKunk2 sound.
At the reflash meet, Doug (Hondata-Forum Vendor) was very impressed with the Skunk2 racing header, and its ability to scavenge. He explained to me that the DC and CT headers, although being CARB legal, did not flow as well as the skunk, and that the Skunk2 was still tunable to achieve CARB smog with high flow cat and exhaust. I do not know what others base their opinions on, but with my limited knowledge, having the input of someone like doug was truly invaluable.
