Hmm... no one uses Motul?? Last time I checked out their talk, they are head to head with Redline.

I use Mobil 1 or Redline 5W-30 and the Acura filter and change every 7,500 miles when oil is hot. Nearly all my miles are highway. I average 30 - 33 mpg. Engine is extremely quiet. Car has 59,000 miles. There is virtually no oil consumption.

Castrol Highmileage for mine (140k), have used castrol since I got my license, no problems. And Ive only used NAPA Gold oil filters. No problems with dirty oil or leaks.

A little off topic but still along the same line, anyone use oil additives or ocatane booster regularly? I use Lucas brand stuff and it seems to work well

Additives are totally unneccessary. I use 1/3 pint of Sea Foam in the intake track and 1/3 pint in the gas tank every 50,000 miles.
