lol... okay the best mods in order of price, for lower end + better throttle response
P2R Throttle Body Spacer ~ 125 (Better lower end power/Better throttle response)
CT Engineering Cleaner Box Style Intake ~ 150 (Better lower end power/Better throttle response in the lower half the the rpm range, as where CAI style intakes are usually 4/5k rpm+)
UR Pulleys ~ 300 (Better lower end power/Better throttle response)
Hondata Reflash ~ 600 (Lower VTEC point)
Exhaust system is not part of that list, because you will feel minor throttle response improvement, but not a great portion of it in the lower end of the rpm range. Cat-back exhaust system + high flow cat helps in the 3.5k+ rpm range and the header helps at the top of the rpm range. so that would only be minor if you're looking for lower end power/better throttle response, supposing you don't drive usually 70mph+ lol. hope that helped and if any of you guys want to correct what i just said, then feel free to. that's just what i've observed.

reflash before i die plz
|
the single best bang-for-your-buck mod suggested is probably the hondata reflash.
otherwise, all those other bolt-ons alone don't really make a drastic difference by themselves. but if don't all together, you'll definitely feel the cumulative effect imo.

K20 head drive by wire sucks!! j/k LOL, well to start off I would say intake. Later on you could get a Hondata reflash. BTW underdrive pullies should not be used on your crankshaft pulley. Do you homework on that one.

interesting that u chose magnaflow cat, is it good? I checked their website and they didn't list TSX as supported.
Does it throw CEL? How does it compare to RT and/or Fastline?

i think magnaflow discontinued it. go with fastline if you got the extra money to spend.

interesting that people think headers will give better low end.
generally the runner lengths are designed for better mid-high end power.
pretty much all been covered already, but the icebox or gruppem/mugen if you can afford it, p2r throttle body spacer, pulley kit and lightweight fly will all help.

Magnaflow has been going pretty well. Had it for over 6 months and not a single CEL as yet!
I read a few threads comparing the RT and magnaflow cats. The general impression i got from other members was that there wasnt a major difference between the two in terms of performance.
Do a search for magnaflow cat, i dont recall the cat model # but someone did list it in one of their threads.
