Yea oem is expensive my friend replaced his oem cat it was about 600.
I'm running a magnaflow ob2 highflow cat its much smaller so i get a cel once in awhile but i have a scan tool to reset it.

you should only need the non fouler for the O2 sensor after the cat as far as i know
