Spoon?! A clutch-type LSD is not the best for longevity nor around town driving.
A helical LSD, such as OEM or Quaife is your best bet if you plan on driving this on the street for awhile without major issues. You'll have to rebuild that clutch-type LSD after awhile and use a specific fluid. Torsen (such as OEM) works great with Honda MTF and will not require a rebuild.
And no, Spoon is not the best. ATS is a popular one for track cars.

I might once I get MT and turn TSX into a track car. That wont be too soon tho.
As for daily driving, u dont need a very sporty Spoon LSD. Quailfe of Type R LSD will do the job.

what dealership you get that quote from?
pleast tell me you can get an RBC intake manifold for under $140
