And it begins...
I bought my first mod today...going with the Injen CAI. I've always loved the sound of a good intake system. I actually wasn't planning on doing any mods to this car but the bug seems to have bitten me again
I am not really new to moding cars, my last project was an 03 Sentra Spec V. I was into 1/4 miles at the time and ran a PowerTech Imports Turbo set up at 12 psi. It was a lot of fun but the budget would have been quite large if I had wanted to continue with the project.
Since then I have been out of the scene but with the TSX I now have a few plans but nothing as elaborate as a turbo set up.
It's been fun checking out what some of you have done with your cars. There are some really nice set ups on this board.

Header, cat and cat back exhaust are definitely in the near future. Also planning on a suspension upgrade but I'm still looking for something I like. No plans for lips, spoilers etc. as I prefer a clean stock look

For power, u need single outlet cat-back. Suspension.... well, I don't know too much about that, but I would go with Buddy CLub N+ coilovers. They have dampening adjustment and price is fair. I also have no plans for lips and spoilers. They give nothing but slightly more attractiveness, more weight, more drag, more worries about a-spec kid and they cost quite a bit. Once again, UR pulleys will make a difference with ur auto tranny

I had H&R springs on my Nissan and really liked the ride. Just a little bit stiffer than stock and the drop was good. Has anyone here tried them on their TSX? I did a search but couldn't find any...

Intake, headers, high-flow cat, k-pro(tuned) or hondata flash and you should make a easy 15-20whp across the board.

My best time at Luskville was 13.1 @ 106 MPH (never could break into the 12's ). I did that run at 12psi on a GT28RS with 110 octane race fuel.
The next year I switched to a GT2871R turbo with and external waste gate but it wouldn't spool as quick as the disco potato and the best I could do was in the 13.5 range.
I switched my set up because I was planning an engine build but ended up selling the car that could happen.

There used to be a video clip of one of my runs on "thevboard" but that website no longer exists. The club member who filmed the run is no longer in the area either...I would love to track it down though.
