I was asked to do a writeup for this so... here it is
Tools
-3/8 Ratchet Wrench
-13mm Special Bolt Grip Tool (Makes taking off rusted and old bolts easy. Sorta pricey though)
-Floor Jack
-4 Jack Stands or something to hold your car up
-Extensions
-Breaker Bar (Any bar that you can put the wrench in to make it longer. Makes breaking bolts off a LOT easier =P)
-PB Blaster (A GOOD amount of it)
Heres a picture of the Special Bolt Grip
Directions:
Before you start, make sure you spray down the bolts connecting the catalytic converter and the exhaust with PB Blaster the night before. Make sure you do it a few times since it clears the rust off a bit. The stock exhaust is one piece so its only those 3 bolts.
1) Put your car on all 4 jack stands so you have more space to work. From here you can see your exhaust is held in by the 3 welded bolts and 3 rubber pieces, one in the middle and one at each muffler. Leave the hooks that are held in by the rubber pieces in for now.
2) Using the special bolt grip and hoping you used a lot of PB blaster, take off the bottom two bolts that hold the catalytic converter and the exhaust. Might take a while since most likely its rusted and heated on. Use the breaker bar if you need it.
3) After you took off the bottom two bolts, set up the jack near the middle of the exhaust. I did this so the exhaust wouldn't just drop because of step 4.
4) Take the hangers off from the rubber pieces.
5) With the exhaust resting on the jack, lower the jack until you have enough room for the top bolt which was the biggest pain in the ass.
6) Take off the top bolt with extensions on because there is something in the way. That's why I lowered the exhaust a bit and used the extensions.
7) After you took the top bolt off, the stock exhaust should be off.
8) Now all you do is put on the new exhaust. Do it in reverse order. Make sure you have a gasket in between the catalytic converter and the new exhaust or there's a good chance you'll have an exhaust leak and have to go through this again.

I also recommend you to use a gasket between each piece of your exhaust. Mine was a press-fit exhaust but I still ordered a gasket just in case. Just make sure the bolts are tightened down and start up the car to make sure you don't have any exhaust leaks.
