To tell you the truth, an intake is just a pipe with a filter that replaces your airbox. I didn't look at those 2 part numbers but if it fits then it should work. I have an 06 CGP TSX and I fitted a SRI that was supposed to be for 04-05s. Shouldn't worry about it that much imo.

those numbers given by injen are different to real gains. With injen intakes, you'll lose low end but gain high end. RD versions will fit fine with 04-05's but will have some fitment issues with 06-08's. SP versions will fit fine with 06-08's. At least that's what I've heard. Don't quote me on it.

I personally don't know bout the differences. Other people mentioned the differences above but when I put the SRI on, I didn't feel much gain at all. Those numbers are probably their highest gains that they recorded so I wouldn't really trust the numbers unless I see a before and after dyno chart. SRI give you better low end, Comptech Icebox gives you good midrange without the noise, and CAI gives you top end but you lose low end. Those are some other choices as well.

both will fit. I have a 07, got a Injen Cold Air RD Series Race Division Intake Systems, Polished, 2004-08 TSX w/MR Technology- Converts to Short Ram, SP1431P from Heeltoe. I think there is a misprint because on the box its a SP1431 MR tech. It fits all years of TSX, not a big difference in power, little gains no losses, but its more responsive all around and sounds pissed off.

I wish! Unfortunately K-pro is not out for our 07 yet, I think. But Cams, camgears, would be sweet maybe some Crower Stainless Steel Valves, Crower Valve Springs & Titanium Retainers Good luck, let me know how it works out.
