muffler of choice

quick question hoping for a quick reply. i have plans to keep my stock exhaust but want a lil more sound to it. saw a j's racing muffler for 300$. but was wandering if anyone else has a stock exhaust with a aftermakrket muffler for that deep tone.

i got kpro on the way and aem intake. gunna get a header next summer so ik gunna wait on getting the piping to the muffler. so i want something to satisfy me until then.

what kind of mods do you have or gonna have that require k pro.

unless your gonna be making some major mods u should just do the reflash. but if your gonna have big mods and stuff you should prob do a nice full 2.5 or 3 inch exhaust not just a muffler..

I would just wait and get it done all at once. What usually happens is that you get something now and you regret it later. Then you'll lose money since you have to sell the muffler you got and spend more money on the muffler you really want. Not to mention the installation costs that you have to pay if you don't do the muffler work yourself.

Why not get an entire exhaust unit that was designed to work as a unit? But this is just my opinion, I like my parts to "match" if that makes any sense at all.

remove resonator or just get the headers now with the money you were going to spend on the mufflers
