I just got off the phone with Church and it looks like we are on. We will be collecting deposits/payments all Nov long to get a list going then process everyone in Dec.

I am not 100% sure the cost yet, but I think it will be more of a free freight and minor discount than a big discount you pay freight. The one good inclusive cost seems more appealing to me than the low cost but you have to foot other expenses. Socal pickups will pay the same price, but instead of including the shipping we will roll in the tax. Does this sound like a good idea? Or should we do something else?

A group buy is when a bunch of people that want to buy the same product get together and buy it in a big group. The dealer of the product gives a discount because so many people are buying it at once and they will be making a lot of money at once, so its better for them. It is comparable to Wal-mart or Sam's Club. They buy in bulk.

Free shipping and minor discount seems great. Especially since shipping to and from Hawaii costs a lot. Also I'm glad that Marcus is organizing this, had good experience with him.
