Got the buy all formulated. Here is the deal:

$519 for the reflash, cash/money order/paypal echeck price.
Add 3% for credit card or paypal funds transfer payment ($535 total, still less than my normal price)
Return shipping is buyer's responsibility, multiple options available at checkout for various costs and destinations.

Planning to do this one all via mail order. A socal meet is possible if we get enough people but since so many people did the reflash earlier in the year I am not expecting as many to go that route.

Incentive is a 12% coupon for a FLP cat pipe or test pipe, just for buying in.

Buy in is intimidate. This is to save time of building a list then collecting money in two steps. If the buy fails to meet the minimum of 10 people by Dec 18th, we will offer a special price to follow through with the sale for whoever wants to stick with it for a few bucks more, give a full store credit refund, or a 15% cash back refund.

I am trying to make this a real general format so we can do more GBs later. But how do the specifics of this one sound?

No, the reflash is just a one-size fits all program. It is for general optimization for cars with an intake and a header, but really works well for any level of bolt ons, even on stock cars.

1- buy in
2- wait for list to grow.
3- when the time comes, remove the ecu and immobilizer from your car.
4- ship them in to hondata using whatever method you choose
5- they reflash the parts when the get them and will ship back using whatever method you pick from our shopping cart.
6- reinstall parts and drive happy.

Yeah I don't see why not. Maybe just do a store-wide coupon, with exception of JDM parts (including Mugen and Spoon and J's, there just isn't enough markup on these items to discount that much).
