header for highmileage

just a quick question. either opinion or facts. would getting a header be worth it if my car has got 130k miles?

It is not THAT many miles..... The car will definitely hit 200k miles and keep going if u dont treat it like trash and maintain all the parts on time. And yes, getting both of them is a good idea.

I think putting on headers would get your car to last longer because the car is technically "breathing" better if you have headers intake and exhaust.
