2004-----2008..headlights.. All the same??

I just want to be sure before i start asking for one.

2004-05 and 2006-2008 headlight units has the same dimension right?
The only differents is the fitting of it onto the car right?

Here's the thing.. my JDM headlights were damaged by sandstorm and the insurance agreed to pay only the price to get OEM headlights.

So yea, insurance paid $410 for my bodyshop to purchase a new headlight. So... i m just thinking, getting just the casing of headlight unit. As in swapping the front part, the transparent part, 04 headlights to my JDM headlights' . . it works right?? Because 04-05 headlights are cheaper on ebay.. @@

Thanks!!!

I think it's the same, I'm not sure tho. By the way, I have an extra set of headlight casing. They were just sitting in my house as spare parts.
They came out from an 04 TSX. Let me know if you want to buy them.
I'll be in Alhambra today. PM me and give me a price if you want them. I'll put them in my car for today.

i believed that you have 06 tsx... correct me if i'm wrong: the mount for the ballast is little bit different from the 04-05 model.
