Look, physically smaller diameter and lighter weight in a circle will give you more gains. Angular momentum and moment of inertia. Know anything about that? I don't know what ass dyno you're using, but members have dyno'ed their cars with UR/NST pulleys and showed HP gains.

Go here: CT Supercharger 3.3 pulley and K-Pro dual

Hondata (user) showed gains with a smaller pulley.

Yes, I know quite abit about it. As I said, to me aint worth it, and on my build there was no gain. 3hp at the crank worth it on these engines? Not to me, no. Stock diameter will always be my preference. And mass reduction if you know your angular momentum is always the largest factor in your Am=MxDxV calculation
