The manual states that either the gas cap situation or something w/the emissions sensor (or something rather) if activated while driving. Mine just came on yesterday too...wtf? I have a R/T cat, but never had the light go on for nearly 10k miles?!?! You have any mods?

You know what, the manual also states that it may take up to 3 days if the problem is neutralized, for the light to deactivate. Mine just deactivated after approximately 2 1/2 days of driving...so I'm happy (lets hope it was nothing serious). I say give it 3 days to see if the light will deactivate and if not, I'm also leaning towards a bad o2 sensor as stated by endless.

If they fixed the problem and erased the code it should turn off and not come back on. The 3 day sounds like the drive cycle but that shouldn't be the case in your situation. I'd take it back. Your reciept doesn't say what they fixed? Or did they even give you one

They should still produce paperwork for any warranty work. Im sure they have a copy. They need paperwork to submit so they get paid from Acura.

Plus its good to have paperwork on warranty claims in case this is a reoccurring issue even after warranty is up.
