can i fit 4- 18inch tires in my trunk

stupid question,
but im heading down to portland and thinking of picking up 4 tires,problem is, ill have car load of people , 5 in all

so wondering if i can fit all 4 tires in the trunk,,, 225/40/18

I can barely get 3 17" wheels with tires in the trunk. I usually put 2 in the trunk then have to wrap the wheels in lawn/garden size trash bags before placing them on the rear seats.

I fit 3 19x8s in the trunk tight sueeze. Make sure you do it carefully cuz you don't wanna mess up the navi in the top right of the trunk. Put the fourth in the rear seat inside a big grabage bag

Iono if its ilegal, but you may have luck fitting everything with the trunk open.

It sounds dumb (probably is a bit) but strapped in, its no worse than driving one of those vans with no rear windows.

Use a roof rack for 1-2 tires or borrow someone's minivan. The TSX is a snug fit for 5 adults even before you start considering cargo
