Coolant and Tranny Fluid

I'm planning on flushing my radiator and putting new coolant/amti freexe in but I'm curious as to what sbest. What are most people running on here? I know some coolants have certain chemical additives that eat through the ceramic seals on water pumps and I don't wanna use something that will cause that.

Also has anyone drained and changed their tranny fluid. If so with what did you replace it with.
