Its probably not necessary but it won't hurt. Just do it right before an oil change. Read the DIY that I made here for help.

really low mileage on that... just be sure you are aware of some seen side effects, especially when using it on such low mileage engines that don't have much junk built up already.

On on that video, instead of putting a funnel, recognize that the pcv or brake booster lines are vacuum in (hence positive crank) so just lightly dip them in a small cup or bowl and remove. Rinse and repeat in short, very short, spurts.

Someone has already posted a thread about this. So I guinea pigged my car. I have 143k on my 05 auto. I seafoamed it and barely noticed any change. So i would say no, you dont need to do it. though it is only $9

If you're going to Seafoam a vehicle, make sure you have new sparkplugs to install afterwards. Seafoam, on a high-mileage vehicle with lots of build up, will really foul out your plugs. It happened with my Cherokee, and with my buddy's Accord. I haven't done the TSX yet but it's only at 57k.
