If yours is an automatic, I strongly recommend you to get the pulleys first.
I have icebox and pulleys, and I regret having icebox first, 'cause pulleys make a much more noticeable difference without introducing any additional noise. I might have skipped icebox if I got the pulleys first.
changing exhaust for looks? ok, but for performance? change your Catalytic converter instead. Exhaust does not give you much performance. I'd suggest you take a look at the FLP cat vs oem thread.
Do the mods one by one so that you know what's doing what.
As for intake, icebox is nice since it is the most quiet one. The short rams are all loud as hell at full throttle and you lose quite a lot of low end torque as well (which we don't have much to begin with anyway).

search, do your own research. Plenty of info in this forum. There's a new thread on Pulleys and price.

Exhaust systems are probably the last thing someone should install if looking for power. The OEM exhaust is actually QUITE good. As mentioned before, changing the header and cat would be the only thing I'd suggest doing to the exhaust system, but that would come well after an intake, pulleys, and Hondata.

ok i see which i am most likely going to do my pullys and intake first i just figure intake would do more with the new exhaust thats how i was looking at it. With the hole Hondata thing i really dont understand that all. That is one of the only mods i dont understand.

Nah, the exhaust as-is is plenty big and free-flowing enough to handle the increased intake volume. The header could use upgrading but isn't the top priority if you're looking for overall power gain.
Hondata is basically a reflash (think of re-programming, or optimizing) of the ECU (computer). It changes fuel curves, VTEC engagement (from 6000rpm to approx 5000rpm), timing, etc. Its the only mod I haven't done (besides the catalytic converter) that I really want to do, but in Canada its expensive and I also can't be without my car for a week while the ECU is in California getting reflashed).
