hidden glove box trunk release
Just got my 2004 tsx a month ago and I can't find this hidden trunk release in the glove box. Is this something that was introduced on the 05 tsx?

It's really a switch to disable the trunk release button when the doors are unlocked. Don't know about the 04 though.

04 has it its in the glove box on the top left side i believe ? flip the switch to on then the button above the license plate will release the trunk when pressed (if the doors are unlocked)

Yep I found mine when I did the cabin air filter.

I just found this switch a couple of days ago. I have my DICE unit running into my glovebox, so the ipod cable must have hit the switch. I had no idea why my trunk button wasn't working and was ready to go to the dealer..I'm glad I searched on the forum first.
