Unhappy Streaky windows

So it's been raining more than usual in so-cal and naturally I've been using my wipers. The problem is, the water doesn't really get cleared from my windshield. It mostly streaks and wter collects on certain areas and there are small patches of the windshield that I can see through. How do I remedy these streaky windows? I also might need new wipers so what do you people recommend?

Get new wiper inserts from a dealership and use Rain-X windshield washer fluid.

They have a few different models now. They have the regular ones that look like our OEM ones. I think they're called weather beaters. Then there's a winter one that's the same as the weather beater one except it comes with a rubber boot around the blade. The Latitude ones are the top of the line ones that don't use those arms or bridges or whatever they're called. It's just one piece of curved rubber without any moving parts. I think it's also supposed to be good year round. I'm still on my OEM blades but I think I'll try the Latitude ones this spring.

Rain-X is probably the next best thing to hookers... i drive with friends at time when it rains and the streaks drive me insane... i dont know how they do it. They then drive in my baby and are blown away by how strict i am about not having any water particles on my windshield when it rains.

I switched over to the Rain-X Latitude blades and have been happy with them. I had the Bosch Icon's on my Pilot and have been happy as well, but the Latitudes are cheaper and seem to work as well.
